Our TCM Organ Renewals follow the seasonal alignments of Traditional Chinese Medicine. We begin each season with a deep organ detox, followed by nourishing and rebalancing frequencies, and finally we rebuild and fortify each organ to reverse damage and disease, and strengthen our overall chi and vitality.
Spring - March 15 - Liver and Gallbladder
Summer - June 1 - Heart and Small Intestine
Late Summer / Early Autumn - August 15 - Spleen
Late Autumn - October 15 - Lung and Large Intestine
Winter - January 1 - Kidneys
